What happens on a counselling session?

The first call or meeting is where I listen to you to see what are the issues affecting you. I will ask you some questions about the problems you are facing.

Everything you say will be strictly confidential. This is an opportunity to determine what is causing your unhappiness or uncertainty and devise a strategy to deal with it.

 Depending on your needs we can meet face to face or on a private Zoom link or telephone call.
