There’s an old saying ‘if we keep doing what we are doing we will keep getting what we have got’.
That can bring good results or not. If you find you are getting the same negative results then it is time for change. Change something. Start with the smallest thing…… go visit someone you’ve meant to call to for a long time, telephone a friend, start taking exercise – walking, running, or whatever new activity you always planned on doing. If you can get into the habit of living each day fully and with gratitude your memories will always be good. I certainly am always looking for new adventures and travel to find new stories.
